Windsor Lake, August 11. Don't know the name of this white flower yet, but there were two versions near the upper lake: with green leaves and with these purple leaves.
Windsor Lake from far end.
Usually entrances to mines in Colorado are blocked or dynomited, but this one along the Windsor Lake trail was not. I shot the flash into it and was rewarded with a long scary looking tunnel. I cannot estimate how far the flash penetrated the mine, but it wasn't just a few feet.
